At its December 11th meeting the Governing Board:

• Approved updates to the fee schedules for funerals and weddings, effective on January 1st.
• Allocated an additional $898.84 from Major Projects for the refrigerator repair project to address an issue with the thermostat, suspected to be the cause behind the compressor failure repaired earlier this year.
• Approved the individuals recommended by the Collector to serve as Counters.
• Appointed Jamie Lang-Rodean, Eileen Metzgar, and Sondra Morrison to serve as trustees of the Women’s Fellowship Legacy Fund for terms ending in January 2020.
• Began a visioning conversation on “What would ‘success’ look like in the realms of participation and engagement?” This visioning conversation is being facilitated by board members Peter Baldwin, Bryan Klimkiewicz, and Annetta Miller.
