` The Ministerial Relations Committee consists of three members. Each year, one member is elected by the Church for a three-year term. Members of this committee must be members or associate members of the Church. No member shall serve consecutive terms. This Committee serves as a liaison between the Church members and the ministers, and deals with all personnel matters concerning the ministers including annual salary, benefits, and expense recommendations which shall be submitted to the Finance Board prior to the Annual Budget Meeting. |
