For nearly a decade we have been supplementing our hymns with selections from Glory to God, the ecumenical hymnal published by the Presbyterian Church in the USA in 2013. It is considered the best supplement to The New Century Hymnal. This is a major project and you are invited to help by purchasing gift copies for placement in the pews. There are beautiful book plates that can be added to indicate your intention: “In honor of”, “In memory of”, “Presented to” or just left blank. If you look inside the hymnals in your pew, you may find a bookplate inside the front cover.

The cost of each hymnal is $25, large print is $35. Please send or bring your check to the church office, made out to Storrs Congregational Church, and with the word “hymnal” in the memo line. There are forms available in the lounge where you can add a dedication insert for the hymnal.

We are planning to purchase 240 copies and hope that you will consider joining us in raising our voices together.
