Special Congregational Meeting – December 6, 2015

A meeting to adopt Bylaw Amendments necessary to start trial run of new Governance system

By vote of the Church Council at its meeting on November 3, 2015, the members of the Storrs Congregational Church are called to a Special Meeting of the Congregation to be held December 6, 2015 immediately following the Annual Budget Meeting.

The business of said meeting shall be: to act on proposed new governance and ministries structure trial run Bylaw Amendments.

Your participation is needed as the Bylaw Amendments are needed to implement the Congregation’s September 27th decision to move forward with the new governance trial run.
