2018 Annual Business Meeting of the Congregation

following the 10:00 am worship service

Pursuant to the bylaws of our congregation, the members of the Storrs Congregational Church are called to the Annual Business Meeting of the Church, to be held January 28, 2018, in the Parish House Auditorium following the 10:00 a.m. Sunday morning worship service. The business of said meeting shall be to receive yearly reports, fill elective offices, transact business, and discuss plans for the ensuing year.

Please note, on the agenda for this Annual Meeting is a proposed amending of the Bylaws of the Storrs Congregational Church, namely the substitution-in-whole of the revised Bylaws found in the document linked here.  This notice of proposed Bylaws amendment and linked document containing the revised Bylaws form an integral part of the call to this meeting.

Also on the agenda for this meeting is a vote on the adoption of the proposed “Statement of Commitment to Become a Just Peace Church”.  You can read this statement by clicking here.
