It’s that time of year when your help is needed for our fall properties projects weekend.  This year’s Properties Workdays are Saturday, October 20 and Sunday, October 21.  Saturday’s projects will take place from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and Sunday’s projects will take place from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM.

There are opportunities for anyone wishing to volunteer on either (or both) of the days.  While “walk-ins” are always welcome, I’d much prefer to know in advance who is coming to best match them with a project they are more likely to enjoy.  For example, if you have an ability or desire for painting or prep work, there is no shortage of projects available.   For a long time on the wish list has been a cleaning and polishing of Waggoner Chapel.  There will also be the usual fall chores such as weeding, raking areas and storing the air conditioners.

A major goal involving hopefully many hands will be removing unnecessary items from the Meeting House basement storage areas and the Deacons’ and Grooms’ rooms.  In short, there is something for every individual willing to be involved.  Please consider volunteering for this important ministry.
