Pursuant to the bylaws of our congregation, the members of the Storrs Congregational Church are called to the Annual Business Meeting of the Church, to be held January 27, 2019, in the Parish House Auditorium following the 10:00 a.m. Sunday morning worship service. The business of said meeting shall be to receive yearly reports, fill elective offices, transact business, and discuss plans for the ensuing year.

(In the event that the scheduled meeting must be postponed due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, it shall be held on the following Sunday.)

Sunday, January 27 following worship:

A simple lunch will be available for the Annual Meeting scheduled after worship on Sunday, January 27 in the Auditorium.  Soup and Sandwiches, Beverages and lite Dessert  will be provided.   Our event team currently includes Pam Roberts, Annetta and Josh Miller as well as Laurie and Duffy Brookes.  We need A few more people for prep at 8:30, serving after Worship and clean up are needed.  Please contact Annetta Miller annettakmiller@yahoo.com or Pam Roberts 860 428-2406 (text or voice) if you would like to help. Thank you.
