Have you checked out the Building Bridges exhibit in the Parish House yet? The exhibit has been here since 5/31 and will be over tomorrow (6/15), but you still have a few final chances to view it before it moves on. The exhibit is open today (6/14) from 9:30 until 11:30, and also during Cafe Storrs Bible Study tomorrow, there will be a virtual tour from 11:30 to 12, (Click here for the Zoom link), and it will also be open from 1 to 3 p.m. Come and view photographs and interviews of people who have come to the United States as immigrants or refugees from all over the world and learn their stories. The exhibit seeks to challenge damaging myths and stereotypes about immigrants and refugees as a way to prevent bullying and hatred towards this marginalized group of people. We’ve been grateful to have been able to offer this opportunity to learn more about our global community!
