We are offering the following traditional favorites of delicious Schermer Pecans for sale this year at a price of $12 per bag:

Chocolate Caramel Pecan Clusters

Sales will be by pre-order. Schermer only sells full cases of 24 bags of each variety, so we may not be able to fulfill all requests for certain kinds, as we need pre-orders for full or nearly full cases of each variety. We hope for, but cannot guarantee, delivery by Thanksgiving. Carol Jordan will take orders beginning on Friday, October 14th and ending Thursday, October 27th. Call or email Carol at (860-429-8909) or cdjordan11@charter.net.  She will also take orders after worship on Sundays October 16th and 23rd. Early ordering will help guarantee receiving the varieties you want! If you have friends who are interested in purchasing pecans feel free to order on their behalf, provided you are willing to collect payment from them and deliver to them. Payment can be made by cash or check payable to “Storrs Congregational Church” with“Pecans” noted on the memo line to Deborah at the church office OR on delivery. Pecans can be picked up at the church office or delivered to your door at your convenience. Monies received from this sale will benefit WAIM’s Energy Assistance Fund to help families with the cost of heat and electricity, particularly important in the current inflationary economy.
